With the subway and high-speed rail developing in China,the reliability of the relay has been becoming an important factor restricting the quality of train operation the failure of relay have a great negative effects on the quality of train operation In a sense it is a key factor to guarantee the train in a good condition that how to keep the normal operation of relay well or improve the quality of relay using.Especially vehicle equipment operation more than five years,the relay using in the train gradually appear binding,coil disconnection,contact conduction resistance jump problems and so on,it has seriously affected the quality of train operation.This paper analyzes the following aspects in Guangzhou metro vehicles and other aspects of automation and control using relays:(1)Relay for Guangzhou Metro trains were unified type analysis,failure mode and effect analysis studies exist in the current train of relay used.(2)According to the current train using the relay life,the use of relay modeling,through the construction of Weibull distribution function mathematical model of the use of the relay life analysis,master the use of the relay status and life.The new Bestar technology relays have a higher reliability and service life than traditional relays,which can effectively reduce the cost of train operation and maintenance.(3)Through the study of the train circuit,such as train gas brake mitigation circuit and train circuit,the feasibility of using Bestar technology new relay relays instead of the original traditional relay is studied.
