Study On Commercial Building Design Of "Panyu As The Sub-cbd" Of Guangzhou

In recent years,Guangzhou municipal government vigorously promote the Guangzhou City Southern extension to the Wanbo business district,as the representative of the Guangzhou Sub-CBD of Panyu,the construction is like a raging fire,and commercial buildings is the most typical Wanbo business district building type.This paper studies the commercial building design of Panyu Sub-CBD in Guangzhou,and can feel the venation of Guangzhou development and the method of commercial building design in business district.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign case analysis,the commercial building of Panyu Sub-CBD,Wanbo business district and its own design case in Wanbo,to refine the commercial building design strategy of the city Sub-CBD.This topic has not been more research in China,so this topic has certain reference significance.This paper first conducts the research to the domestic and foreign city center commercial buildings typical case,refine the development trend of city center commercial buildings and design features;on this basis,further study of Guangzhou Panyu city center commercial building,analyzes the background,and a typical case study,summed up the business district commercial buildings classification and design points.It provides a theoretical exploration for the development of commercial buildings in the Sub-CBD of Guangzhou,Panyu.Then it puts forward the core features and design elements of the commercial building design of the Sub-CBD of the city,and discusses the design methods of the commercial building of the Sub-CBD of the city from the aspects of planning,functional zoning,detail design and so on.Finally,taking the project of Wanbo Shun Tak mansion in Guangzhou,China as an example,this paper discusses its design connotation,concept and specific design methods to further discuss the design features of commercial buildings in the Sub-CBD of the city.At the same time,the problems and difficulties in project design are put forward.Finally,the commercial building design of Guangzhou City Sub-CBD should be considered as a conclusion.The study on Design of commercial buildings in Guangzhou Panyu Sub-CBD,to explore a design method suitable for the same type of Guangzhou project,to provide a reference and Enlightenment of commercial building design and development,but also for Chinesedeputy city center.
