Digital indicating weighing instruments is a kind of measuring instrument that widely used in commercial trade.For the hardware structure is simple,illegal pedlars can use it to carry on deceptive trading by replacing the control chip to fake one.In that way,indicating weight can be changed though specific key combination.Based on the above reasons,a black box cheating test system of digital indicating weighing instruments was proposed in this paper.In hardware,Open source hardware-Arduino will be used as as the core control unit to realize the simulation of the key signals and the control of load cell with the help of electronic switch,digital potentiometer,relay and other peripheral circuits.In software,Modular design was adopted.System software is divided into system Test sample management module,Key sequence generation module,Cheating detection module,Keyboard adaptation module,Machine vision identification module,High-risk code management module,Mobile control module.The results of actual tests indicate this system runs perfectly on cheat code detecting,And will has a strong deterrent effect on illegal pedlars. |
