| As the largest electric energy enterprise in Tianjin,AB Company shoulders the important responsibility of providing power supply to all districts and optimizing the regional business environment.With the development of smart grid,AB Company clearly put forward the work objective of optimizing the business environment of "Three reductions,Two enhancements,One improvement",and put forward higher requirements of rapid on-site power supply services response for all power supply units.As an important part of high-quality services,the supply capacity of measuring instruments has become an important limiting factor.As a long standing problem,AB company’s measuring instrument supply pays more attention to verification than supply,which often results in a backlog of measuring instruments and untimely verification.Especially tiding over the summer peak,the on-site work requirements cannot be effectively met.The work quality improvement is seriously affected,which greatly damages AB company’s reputation.In the context of smart grid construction,this paper points out the problems that AB Company faces in the supply management of measuring instruments.Through the research on supply chain management and data analysis,it strives to create a supply chain of measuring instruments with efficient operation and reliable workflow data in order to improve the overall supply capacity of measuring instruments.First of all,supply chain management system will be built based on the existing information system of AB company.Modern and intelligent warehousing and logistics equipment will be introduced to realize business information digitization of supplier links,production verification,warehousing and distribution,applications,etc.Then,the supply chain operation will be analyzed from the perspective of order operation,technical cooperation,and data sharing to explain the operation of the measuring instruments supply chain management.Finally,a comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to construct a measurement instrument evaluation model to conduct an overall evaluation of the construction and operation of the measurement instrument supply chain.ensuring that the digital supply chain of measurement instruments can meet the design requirements.Studies have shown that the establishment of a digital supply chain for measuring instruments can provide decision makers with a comprehensive and accurate source of information,helping them make scientific and reasonable decisions,improving the overall operating efficiency of the supply chain,and from the perspective of smart grids,meeting the requirements of on-site demand for using measuring instruments. |
