At present,our country tunnel operation total mileage has been ranked first in the world,but limited to the construction and management level,the quality defects behind a considerable proportion of the tunnel lining cavity,there is insufficient lining thic kness and leakage of water and lining cracking and disease,reduce the tunnel lining service life and even endanger the safe operation.This thesis is based on Yunnan highway tunnel engineering problems of reality,using the mathematical statistics method,combining theoretical anal ysis and numerical simulation,the characteristics of typical highway tunnel lining,the effect of both the performance and safet y of lining of tunnel lining to carry out research on three aspects of service evaluation method,th e main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Yunnan province more than 100 national and provincial trunk highway tunnel detection based on the data,using the method of mathematical statistics,the statistical anal ysis of lining cracks,cav ities behind the lining,lining thickness and permeability Water Leakage four aspects,the main existing form,position and distribution of the typical diseases,points out the construction factors is the main cause of Yunnan highway tunnel of prominent.(2)The load structure method is applied to establish the calculation model of the cracks in the lining,the void behind the lining and the thickness of the lining.The influence rules of typical diseases on the safet y performance of the lining structure are analyzed from two aspects: the section section and the safet y performance of the whole structure.The results show that: the vault cracking,the arch waist cavit y and the invert arch thinning have the greatest impact on the structural safet y,the size of the impact on each disease t ype,so that it is insufficient for lining cracks,behind the lining holes and lining thickness.(3)Using AHP,we set up an index system suitable for evaluating the service status of highway tunnel lining in Yunnan area,and u se the improved EW-AHP combined weighting method to determine the weights of all levels.Based on the theory of cloud model,the index cloud model of each layer is set up,and the evaluation method of cloud model for lining service condition is constructed.Combined with the example of a highway tunnel,to verify the feasibility of highway tunnel lining service evaluation method of cloud model,cloud model evaluation method is more intuitive and more reasonable description of lining service conditions.
