At present, the operational tunnels of my country generally exist many damage such as lining crack、breakage and leakage. The emergence of these diseases are basically on three reasons:First, lining quality of tunnels exist defects during pre-construction, which leads to construction joint leakage for a long time; Second, long-term scour and erosion of water, the waterproof lining layer of aging and creep deformation of surrounding rock and other geological the role of factors; Third, it is caused by occasional loads such as earthquakes and vehicle collision. The health risks of tunnel structure seriously affected the safe operation of the tunnel. The traditional means of monitoring of the tunnel can not monitor the operational status of the tunnel in real time, so that people can not accurately grasp the maintenance timing, and even lead to a major security incidents. For this reason people began to seek for real-timing tunnel structural health monitoring and early warning techniques, and used these techniques in some tunnels.Jinan-Laiwu Expressway is the most complex expressway in Shandong province. Panlong tunnel is2,447meters long, which is currently the longest high-speed tunnel in Jinan territory. Due to factors such as geological and construction, operations and more than three years, the tunnel has emerged leaking. This paper will rely Jinan-Laiwu highway tunnel group, the mechanism of the disease site investigation and theoretical analysis, based on research on the health of wireless real-time monitoring technology tunnel structure, establishment of early warning systems, and tunnel monitoring and warning system developed with independent intellectual property rights. Research focuses on the following three aspects: (1) Disease Investigation and analysis of tunnelInvestigate the Jinan-Laiwu Expressway tunnel detailed disease, analyze the causes of disease arising and propose new techniques to detect the disease and control measures to protect the safe operation of the tunnel, as well as the health status of the real-time monitoring, diagnosis and early warning provide realistic support.(2) The law of the tunnel structure deformation and failure under earthquake researchCurrently few studies on seismic deformation and damage under the law and health diagnosis tunnel lining structure of the composite. This article will be based on dynamics simulation tools in-depth study of this issue, providing a theoretical basis for the tunnel health diagnosis.(3) The role of runaway vehicle collision damage mechanism of the tunnel structure and local lawsThe project will be through numerical simulation dynamics, runaway vehicle lining structure interaction mechanism, focusing on the main factors affecting the structural damage of the tunnel, and different factors under study dynamic response of the structure of the tunnel, the tunnel structure in the vehicle after impact maintenance and repair of damage diagnosis and provide theoretical guidance.
