The environmental protection and low energy consumption of two-wheeled electric vehicles are the main ways to save energy,reduce emissions,and solve air pollution problems such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.As a new type of motor,BLDC motor has the advantages of small size,light weight,high efficiency,high reliability,long life,low noise,good speed regulation,etc.It has been widely used in two-wheeled electric vehicle driving power.This article first briefly introduced the development status of BLDC motors at home and abroad.Based on this,it further analyzed the characteristics of BLDC motors and described how to control and how to control BLDC motors through six-step commutation methods.The PWM pulse width technology is used to adjust the speed of the BLDC motor.In the overall design part of the controller hardware,the CPU chip selection,ST32F103C8T6 minimum system,power supply circuit,motor drive circuit,Hall sensor detection circuit,current detection and protection circuit,transfer speed detection voltage detection circuit,brake circuit,bus The voltage detection circuit and the download debug circuit were designed and analyzed,and through the final system test,the feasibility of the hardware circuit was verified.In the simulation part,the MATLAB simulation model of the double closed-loop system of DC brushless motor speed current was established,and the engineering design method of the current loop and speed loop regulator was analyzed.The engineering design method was used to perform the parameters of the current loop and speed loop.Design,determine the type and parameters of the regulator.In MATLAB,the simulation analysis of the control performance of the system under different regulator parameters,and simulation analysis of the system sudden increase in load reduction,proved that the control parameters obtained by the engineering design method is better.In the control software design section,the design of the BLDC motor control software for two-wheeled electric vehicles is discussed.The main software includes system initialization,motor control state machine,motor commutation control,speed measurement,PID processing,filter processing and motor startup strategy.Module.In the prototype part of the system test,the basic functions of the controller's PWM drive signal,motor commutation,and turn AD voltage detection were tested.Finally,the system's speed ratio,speed regulation smoothness,controller energy consumption,dynamics and Static performance,such as speed performance tested,the test results show that the controller's performance meets the design requirements.
