With the rapid development of automobile industry, in order to deal with environmental pollution and energy crisis, the new energy vehicles are widely concerned by countries. New energy vehicles mainly refers to the use of electricity as the driving energy vehicles, including electric cars, solar cars and hybrid vehicles. Electric cars can achieve zero emissions, and it is easy to use at the same time, so it has been the rapid development in recent years. At present, the technical difficulties of electric vehicle mainly concentrated in the two aspects of the battery performance and drive control system. Using the electric drive system of motor control as the research object in this paper, and it has chosen a three-phase asynchronous motor with good performance as a drive motor in a variety of motor type. The direct torque control of induction motor based on STM32and fuzzy control algorithm is studied, and conceived the related drive solutions.First of all, through reading a large number of relevant reports and documents, on the basis of understanding the research background and significance, using online research and field research way to yunnan dongfeng automobile factory, this article researches the current situation of the development of electric vehicles at home or abroad, the development of electric vehicle drive system, the electric car type of drive motor in domestic and its control strategy.Secondly, a solution of fuzzy direct torque control of asynchronous motor is put forward on the basis of the analysis of the mathematical model and the traditional asynchronous motor direct torque control strategy, which the fuzzy PI control as the control method. It established the control rules of the fuzzy PI controller and build the fuzzy PI control system for asynchronous motor simulation model, and then completed the comparison of the control system experiments which validate the feasibility of the scheme in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation.Finally, according to the basic principle of direct torque control, using the STM32chips which has a good performance in the motor control as the main control chip, completed the hardware circuit design of the electrical drive control system and the selection work, and completed the relevant software design, the construction of the motor drive control scheme. Then the new type of electric drive control system which include a performance analysis and the data collection report is given, verify its use outlook and value engineering, it lays a foundation for further research of the development of domestic electric vehicle.
