Research On Project Management Of Noise Reduction Technology Of Fan In K Thermal Power Plant

In recent years,with the rapid development of economic construction,the demand for electricity has also been increasing year by year.As the main force of power generation enterprises,coal-fired power plants account for a relatively large number of power generation enterprises.But in order to ensure that equipment used in power generation has an impact on the environment,meet the requirements of the environmental administration,and ensure that the power grid is safe,green and continuously serve the social life,power plants are gradually carrying out technological renovation projects.In order to meet the energy conservation and emission reduction requirements of the state and local governments at this stage,a large number of technical reform projects require a series of management activities such as research,initial construction,tendering,and construction to achieve this,and contract management is a key factor for the success of technical reform projects.According to the actual situation of the technical reform project,the technical reform project can be successfully carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract.In this paper,based on the detailed management of fan noise reduction technology in K thermal power plant,firstly,from the domestic and international theory of fan noise control,combined with the noise spectrum generated during the operation of a fan and fan at the production site of K thermal power plant,A detailed control method for fan noise and wind channel noise was formulated.Considering the existing human resources of the thermal power plant and the conditions for its own construction,it was decided to carry out technical reconstruction and construction by way of bidding.In technical reform projects,how to do a good job in bidding matters,contract signing and performance,and construction process management are elaborated,and under the guidance of the life cycle theory of the project,contract management in the fine management of technical reform projects has been studied in more detail.Taking contract management as an opportunity,this paper discusses the performance management of technical reform projects in other aspects such as progress management,quality management,construction safety management,and environmental protection,and discusses the implementation of some aspects of the projects in detail.The management experience and improvement measures in its implementation are described.This paper analyzes the performance and post-evaluation management of the fan noise reduction technology reform project from the aspects of progress management and quality management.Hope for other thermal power plant technical reform project management implementation of a certain guidance role.
