Research On Old City Renewal Planning Of Dianchangqu Area In Lintao County

As the urban construction of China comes from the "incremental" era to the "stock" era,which made a new request for the old city renewal such as "quality and efficiency","people-oriented","diversification" and some more comprehensive requirements.Under such background conditions,the old city renewal of the small town in the west is limited by the lack of funds,the large scale of the old area and so on.So this research focuses on finding a way,which could meet the needs of the times and solve the old city renewal problem of small town in the west.Based on the field investigation and the first-hand information,this paper systematically studies the status issues and values of the Dianchangqu area,and puts forward the renewal targets and positionings.Then through reasonable assumptions and theoretical researchs,get the solutions to the renewal planning design strategiesThe Dianchangqu Area in Lintao County is the typical representative of the traditional style of Lintao County,So under the current background requirements,The planning proposed the "retention memory,traditional display,life promotion" renewal targets.However,the realities of the area are a challenge to the renewal,such as " limited government finance,the contradiction between tradition and Residents living needs",the previous renewal model could not be a reasonable response.In cooperation and win-win situation to promote the starting point,this research proposed that the multi-participatory model of the old city renewal is Reasonable solution,in which the government guide the management of fairness,developers to provide appropriate public services,Residents share the cost of renovation.After that,the research combined with the local particularity to optimize the theoretical model,and puts forward four strategies of "catalyst start,gradual repair,grading consultation and construction mechanism",and then through the planning to implement the renewal target,and solve the challenges.This research has played a good reference,not only for the old city renewal of western region,but also for the old city renewal of our country.
