Industrial buildings are more complex compared with the production environment of industrial buildings,and their concrete structures are more likely to deteriorate.The concrete structures of industrial buildings in China are mostly built in the 50 s and 60 s of last century and in the 80 s of the last century.The durability of many old concrete buildings has been reduced much,even part of the structure can't meet the normal production and life.It is necessary to ensure that the durability of the concrete structure is in a safe range that state monitoring and durability evaluation are carried out.The durability evaluation system of the industrial building concrete structure can filter and store and analysis the data of the concrete structure of the industrial factory building,realize the management of the information and structure monitoring data of the factory building,and evaluate the durability of the structure.The evaluation method of structural durability is based on mathematical models in relevant standards,and the structure is quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed.The durability evaluation system calculates the durability state evaluation and prediction life of components and workshop structures through progressive calculation,and puts forward suggestions for structural maintenance.According to the existing structural monitoring specifications and the characteristics of the monitoring environment of industrial buildings,a durability detection scheme for industrial buildings based on wireless system is designed.The durability calculation method of existing structures is briefly introduced,and the structural evaluation method adopted in this system is explained in detail,and the algorithm flow chart is given.According to the development process of the general software system,the analysis of the user needs is completed and the service flow of the durability evaluation is given.On this basis,the use cases of the system are analyzed and displayed.The system entity class is extracted by the system function modeling,dynamic modeling and the entity class modeling process,and the system is obtained.The control class and the boundary class are analyzed;after the entity class is extracted,the attributes and methods of the entity class are allocated,and the design and implementation of the database are realized according to these analysis.In this paper,each function module of the system is realized on the Visual Studio 2010 + sqlite3 platform.According to the requirements of the project design,the standard and explanation of the general structure durability data docking are given and the data docking is realized.Finally,the system is tested,and the results of the test and the actual use show that the system can meet the management of the concrete structure design data and monitoring data of the actual industrial plant,and the results of the structural durability evaluation conform to the requirements of the relevant specifications and the actual conditions.
