In recent years,the state has vigorously pursued the supply side reform,which has brought a certain impact on the development of various industries.The whole vehicle manufacturing industry is no exception.At the same time,with the development of the Internet economy and shared economy,the competition of the vehicle manufacturing industry is becoming much fiercer,and the management environment of the enterprise has become more and more complex.In enterprise core competitiveness,the embodiment of it is no longer only the promotion of economic benefits,but more inclined to the management of human resources in the enterprise.Performance evaluation system is an important component of the enterprise company's internal control,which can not only promote employees' enthusiasm,but also help enterprises form a performance management capability and core competitiveness,and effectively improve enterprise management level,the enhancement enterprise competitiveness and realize the enterprises sustainable development.The paper takes the performance evaluation mechanism of YTKC company as the core,explores the performance evaluation of YTKC company,and concludes that there are some problems existing in performance evaluation: lack of systematic design of performance evaluation system,lack of guidance of performance evaluation index setting,non-standardization of performance evaluation and some recognition deviations of performance evaluation,which results in the fact that YTKC employees are hard to adapt to the performance system and arouse their work enthusiasm.Meanwhile,this paper builds performance improvement system based on the balanced scorecard method respectively from financial situation,the customer maintenance,the specific steps of the business and the staff progress and performance of the enterprise performance evaluation.According to the present state of development of YTKC,this paper makes further planning and performance appraisal process,to gain the support from the executives,managers,and employees,which can enhance the performance level of employees and the atmosphere of corporate performance,and lay the foundation for the improvement and development of the future performance mechanism.
