| To solve the problems of poor physical and mechanical properties as well as poor durability of raw soil buildings in Chongqing and guarantee the ecological performance of raw soil wall,this research was conducted,which took raw soil wall of Chongqing as the research object.Combining the research on the repair and protection of raw soil wall with the modification of raw soil wall material on the basis of existing research,taking the way of admixture of inorganic modified materials and organic repair materials and using the modification effect of gingerite,cement and epoxy resin on raw soil materials,the corresponding research was carried out which aimed at the main problems existing in the raw soil wall and considered the mechanical properties,durability,ecological and environmental protection properties of the modified raw soil samples.The main contents and results of this paper were as follows:(1)Study on uncultivated soil site in Chongqing and the disease types of the residential raw soil building was conducted and its cause was analyzed through field research and relevant literature.At present,the main disease types of raw soil building of Chongqing were the followings:wall crack,soil fall off of wall surface,wall collapse,and gutter on wall surface.And the wall disease has a serious effect on its mechanical properties,durability and ecology.(2)In this paper,the mechanism of modification of raw soil materials by modified restoration materials was discussed from three aspects:mechanical properties,durability,and ecological environmental protection properties.The author explored the influence degree and regularity of modified repair Materials with different blending ratio on the properties of raw soil materials.Through comprehensive and comparative analysis of the modification effect,the optimum proportion of gingerite(10%)-cement(5%)-epoxy resin(7%)as modified restoration material was determined.It could make the raw soil material have good compression strength,deformation property and shear strength.Water resistance,erosion resistance and salt corrosion resistance were also enhanced while maintaining good thermal performance and air permeability.(3)The validation test of repairing the wall diseases of raw soil was carried out Gingerite(10%)-cement(5%)-epoxy resin(7%)modified raw soil material color basically unchanged and no chromatic aberration occurred in the natural environment.There was no change in the apparent color of the raw soil wall repaired by the crack and the damaged soil specimen,and no secondary cracks appeared in the restoration site,showing the good quality of surface.The modified raw soil material could work in perfect combination with the original soil so as to achieve the "old as old" effect.It was proved that gingerite(10%)-cement(5%)-epoxy resin(7%)resin modified restoration material could be directly used to repair and protect the existing raw soil wall,improve the integrity of the raw soil buildings and prolong the service life of the raw soil.In conclusion,gingerite(10%)-cement(5%)-epoxy resin(7%)modified repair material is the best proportion.Raw materials with ratio have good mechanical properties and durability,and can keep the original ecological environmental performance.It can be used as a new kind of modified repair material in the construction of raw soil building wall and the repair of wall diseases in Chongqing district.The mechanical properties and durability of the modified raw soil are enhanced.When it is directly used in the repair of wall diseases,it can work in cooperation with the original soil,and it will not cause secondary damage to the original raw soil building,and it has good apparent effect. |
