Abstract/Summary:
The inherent defects of traditional raw materials in terms of mechanical properties and durability are the key factors limiting their modern application.Because of the characteristics of taking local materials,low energy consumption,low pollution,and excellent reclamation performance,traditional native houses are of great significance to the energy saving,material saving and ecological environment protection of village and town buildings.Therefore,based on the research status of raw soil buildings,the technology of mixed modifiers and surface coating treatment was used to modify the raw soil materials,and on this basis,the structure of raw soil buildings was optimized,and the seismic resistance,durability and The indoor thermal environment has certain reference value and guiding significance for the protection and maintenance of traditional earthen buildings.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,based on the strength and water resistance of wall materials,the four modified materials with different concentrations of desulfurized gypsum,nano-Si O2,polyacrylamide,and carbon fiber were used to study the difference between the compression test and the test method of water erosion resistance.The effect of single-material and mixed-modified raw soil test blocks with different concentrations on the compressive strength and water resistance.Studies have shown that desulfurized gypsum has the most obvious improvement in the strength of raw soil materials,but the erosion resistance is the worst.The compressive strength and anti-scouring performance have been improved.When compounding,when the compounding combination is 20%desulfurized gypsum-1%nano-Si O2-0.2%polyacrylamide-1%carbon fiber,the 28d compressive strength is 6.6MPa,the mass loss rate is 5.41%,and the softening coefficient is 0.75,The best water resistance effect is the best solution for modified raw materials.Secondly,considering the poor water resistance of the modified raw earth wall,two types of emulsion-type and water-soluble silicone waterproofing agents were selected to coat the surface of the raw earth wall,through the water resistance immersion test and the water washout test method,The effect of different concentrations of silicone waterproofing agent on the water resistance of the raw soil test block was studied.The results show that when the dosage is 2%,both waterproofing agents can maximize the water resistance of the raw soil wall.When using a 2%concentration When the methyl hydrogen silicone oil emulsion waterproof agent,the best waterproof effect.In addition,considering the thermal performance of other peripheral protective structural materials will weaken the modification effect of the wall material,three types of wall thermal insulation construction methods such as expanded polystyrene board,extruded polystyrene board and straw insulation board are optimized The thermal performance of the wall,using the thermal performance calculation and Ecotect Analysis software simulation evaluation method,studied the influence of the external insulation structure under different insulation materials on the indoor thermal environment.The results show that the straw insulation board can cool down in summer 2.9℃,about 0.72℃in winter,good thermal insulation effect,and has good environmental performance.Finally,by changing the wall thickness and insulation type,using thermal performance calculation and software simulation evaluation methods,the effects of different wall thickness straw insulation and ceramsite aggregate self-insulation structure on the indoor thermal environment were studied.It shows that considering the construction difficulty and cost factors,the thermal insulation has the highest cost performance when the wall thickness is 500mm.To sum up,the optimal solution for choosing modified 20%desulfurized gypsum-1%nano-Si O2-0.2%polyacrylamide-1%carbon fiber,using 2%concentration of methyl hydrogen silicone oil emulsion waterproofing agent is The best solution for surface coating treatment,500mm thick straw internal insulation and ceramsite self-insulation structure are the best solutions to effectively improve the indoor thermal environment.The above solutions can effectively improve the status quo of the deterioration of raw soil buildings,which can be implemented.
