With the development of heat pump technology,the research on the combination of river water source heat pump and regional centralized energy supply technology has become a new hot research issue.But the current research content are mainly concentrated in the area of central cooling system by river water source heat pump,the study of regional central heating system by river water source heat pump is few and far between.Based on the research of basic construction form of central heating system by river water source heat pump,this article researches the coefficient of performance and the economic evaluation model,and study the case in Chongqing Jiangbei CBD.Firstly,the basic forms of the regional central heating system by water source heat pump are established.Also,the performances in application and the characteristics of each module are summarized.Then,the author summarizes four factors which have important influence on the performance of the system,and they are temperature,load rate,load radius and station location.Refering to the stratified temperature model in the surface water and characteristics of flow and heat exchange in the river water,this article establishes the zero dimensional temperature model for river temperature distribution model.Secondly,the main non-user energy consumption in the water source heat pump system is found,and the energy consumption models of every parts are established.On this basis,the comprehensive energy efficiency model of regional central heating system by the river water source heat pump is established: actual energy consumption by users as numerator,and energy consumption of each energy consumption part in the system as denominator.Then,the article analyzes characteristics of the economic solution which are commonly used.Combined with the practical characteristics of the central heating system by the river water source heat pump,this article determines the whole life cycle assessment method for the system economic evaluation.Finally,a case study was carried out to analyze the engineering application,and the energy station in Chongqing is as case.To estimate the regional total heat load,for comparing traditional boiler heating system in monomer building and central heating system by river water source heat pump,the author uses load simulation software,and the result is 85465 kW.Comparative result proves that the river water source heat pump solution is better than traditional solution in the aspects of economy.Through the field test of the project,the performance coefficient of the unit and the system was obtained: 5.3 and 3.6.Also,the optimization strategy was put forward.
