Water transportation is important component of national economic development,and the navigable waters of the beacon is the water vessel traffic navigation tool,which not only marks the direction of the channel,boundaries,obstacles,channel information,etc.,but also can simply and clearly point out that security,economic,and convenient for ship navigation channel.The research of this note includes mid-levels district river waters,where the change of the withered and the flood level range is large,Hence,the leap in these floater lead to the generate of a lot of debris in a steel cable,the loss of the navigation mark and anchor will appear.It is noted that the traditional way is to inspection staff regularly voyage,when find accumulation,they can use machetes,cleaning device,such as manual removal to done,but this kind of way exits real-time low,low efficiency,the personal safety cannot guarantee,waste of resources,vulnerable to external environment influence,etc.Therefore,this paper from the viewpoint of accumulation of real-time remote monitoring marker cables,accumulation and dispose,as well as unable to process to inform the solution of staff to improve the sci-tech contents in beacon debris monitoring and management level,to ensure the safety of ship traffic.The paper puts forward the monitoring and alarming plan for steel cable accumulations aiming at the problem that the channel management department does not have pertinent targets for regular scheduled trips.Hence,the paper,according to the actual demand,will applys wireless communication technology,image processing,data transmission,image monitoring,mechanical design,such as technology to complete the construction of the system.Besides,the design and implementation of the system is as follows: firstly,design a monitoring device installed on the bow for remote monitoring of wire rope accumulation,then design control unit active to help wire block off some floater and can clean up debris,when cleaning effect is not ideal to clean up debris alarm to remind staff voyage.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)According to the present actual demand and status of marks to navigation maintenance,we put forward the system,and design the system demand analysis and function in detail.(2)Combined with the actual demand,we design the device that can take the initiative to prevent and clean up debris control in a timely manner.In order to realize the remote monitoring,we further design a monitoring device based on wireless network,which realizes the image acquisition,processing,image back,information interaction,local command receiving,etc.(3)Design software based on C/S architecture,which can realize monitoring device of communication,data interaction.Besides,Software interface can display,image visualization and deletion or omission of some people on duty personnel,the basic information such as beacon vessel change,historical information statistics and analysis,etc.Debris and the image recognition algorithm,is used to calculate area,complete alarm to remind with the mobile phone news feeds.Field test prove that the system can collect beacon vessel steel on the images of the debris,return to the native end,and analyze the images,judge the debris.What's more,according to body size,the system can determine whether to call the police,and the design of the control device to achieve the debris blocking and cleanup,which ensure the ships in the control of traffic safety.?Preliminary test certificate has proved that the system can collect images of deposits on the wire rope of the navigation ship and send it back to the local software terminal for display.It can also analyze the image and judge the accumulation,and then determine whether it is alarming according to the size of the mass.The design of the prevention device achieves the blocking and cleaning of deposits.This ensures the safe passage of ships within the controlled river section.
