characteristics and connotation of the venue.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to discuss the strategy of rejuvenating the Jinshan Park in Chongqing,and guiding the redesign practice of Jinshan Park,so that it can fully exert its site characteristics on the basis of strengthening the original environmental protection of the mountain and better meet the needs of the downstream people.Jinshan Park,as an important node on the branch corridors of Chongqing's Liangjiang New District ecological green space system,is also located in a densely populated area of the Liangjiang New District.It has a more urgent need for renovation and reconstruction and a certain degree of complexity,so its updated design has certain typical significance..The author hopes that the research conclusions can serve as a reference for the renewal design of the same type of mountainous city park and cause more attention to the renewal design of mountain city parks.Based on the summary of the design points of the mountain city park,this paper combines the current situation of the Jinshan Park,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of the Jinshan Park in Chongqing,and summarizes the updated design strategy of the Jinshan Park in conjunction with relevant excellent case studies,and validates the strategy through design practice.Feasibility.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part(Chapter 1)basically expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and through a large number of literature readings,summarizes the current research status of urban park redevelopment and design of mountain city parks.On this basis,the contents and methods of research are clarified.In the second part(including Chapter 2 and 3),chapter 2 summarizes the types of
