With the development of the people living level,the demand of living environment quality rise ceaselessly.Under this background put residential heating into force is more and more urgent.Since southern area encountered the severe winter in 2012,people all over the country start a heated discussion about the heating problem in hot summer and cold winter zone(HSCW).The phenomenon reflects an enormous potential demand in HSCW.At the same time,energy issues still are a global concern nowadays.Our country needs to solve energy and environmental issues urgently,because we are in the high-speed period for development of economic construction.It’s contradict with the heating demand in HSCW.So,how to choose heating mode properly in HSCW become a critical problem,for which can improve people’s life quality and promote energy-saving emission reduction work.This dissertation does research on heating problem in Chongqing,sets up heating mode comprehensive evaluation systems from multi-perspective.These systems are intended to be used in the practical project and help suitable heating mode be popularized in Chongqing.First of all,through document research and expert inquiry,this study established three heating mode comprehensive evaluation systems based on three perspectives: the developer,the customer and the society.These systems offer a way to compare multiple heating modes and find the most suitable one.The index quantity of these three systems increase in sequence.Developer-based heating mode evaluation system includs 3 firstlevel indexes which focuse on life cycle cost.Customer-based heating mode evaluation system includs 3 first-level indexes and 8 second-level indexes which focuse on comfort.Society-based heating mode evaluation system adds environmental friendliness indexes on customer-based system and includs 4 first-level indexes and 11 second-level indexes.All systems through the consistency examination,and revised index weight by information entropy in a specific project.Then,through document research and online research,this study analyzed characteristics of high-rise residence and occupant behaviors in Chongqing,and quantitative classifications.This work can help user calculate quantitative factor in system more accurately and easily.There are some regularities about house type and house area of residential building in Chongqing: 3 rooms 2 halls and 2 rooms 2 halls are mainstream,which area are mainly in 70~120 ㎡.By the regularities,the study divided residential building into three categories: enjoyment,comfort and economy.Chongqing is municipality directly under the Central Government and have a certain economic strength.The life rhythm of local people is fast.Different incomes and generation may cause different occupant behaviors.Therefore,the study divided occupant patterns into three categories by generation: One-generation(couple),Two-generation(couple+children),Three-generation(couple+children+parents).By the duration of heating,the study divided heating behaviors into three categories by generation: enjoyment,comfort and economy.There has a relationship between Building category and heating behavior category,so it can let the classifications become logical and operable.Finally,the study took a residence community formed by 8 high-rise buildings in Chongqing Shapingba,analyzed the most suitable plan from 5 decentralized heating plans: split-type air conditioner,household VRV,household gas boiler(radiant floor),household gas boiler(radiator)and duct type air conditioner.Conclusion and some suggestions are reached by using the evaluation systems combine with EnergyPlus.Developer-based system only focuses on economic factors,so it concludes that split-type air conditioner is most economical.Although it has a higher operating cost than others,this plan has the lowest initial cost and lowest LCC in 10 years life cycle.Absolute predominance makes the plan become the first choice with a score of 1.Customer-based system more focuses on user experience,so it concludes that household gas boiler(radiant floor)is the best one for which has good comfort and appearance.The plan scores 0.6.Society-based system also suggests choosing gas boiler(radiant floor)with a score of 0.59.Household gas boiler causes much fewer pollutant discharge,which keep the advantage.With the investigation,expert inquiry and energy consumption,this dissertation made a discussion of heating mode comprehensive evaluation system in Chongqing and verified its operability through a case study.The dissertation provides a reference value for popularize suitable heating mode in Chongqing.
