Buoy is a sign of indicating the direction and boundary and obstruction in navigation.It is used for navigation and positioning of ships.And buoys maintenance is one of the main tasks of channel maintenance management.Through establishing “Digital waterway” in upper reaches of the Yangtze River,Maintenance Management Department of Yangtze River(MMDYR)is able to check the online and historical data from buoys through the digital waterway management platform,but the platform just display part of data not digging deeper into buoys data.How to analysis and Application the existing massive buoys data of the platform to analysis buoy alarm and pre-alarm to power and to plan maintenance routes already become a current important issue of MMDYR.The project is from DWOMSS of Chongqing waterway bureau of Yangtze river platform construction.Based on the requirement of analysis and Application of buoy Data,this paper employs VPN channel-based database synchronization,route planning algorithm,J2 EE technical architecture to make full use of buoy data and build service platform.Therefore,the research of the paper is as follow:(1)According to the current status of building DWOMSS and the requirement of external network release information,and lack of real-time synchronous data transmission of internal and external network service in waterway department,this paper designing internal and external data transmission and synchronization mode,which will finally achieve data synchronization and database optimization.(2)For the problem of not making full use of buoy data,we will first analysis data from telemetry and tele-control system of operation and maintenance platform and then predict warning of electricity power.After that,this paper proposes a route planning algorithm to provide the best route for working vessel maintenance warning navigation Buoys based on alarm navigation information and modeling of waterway.(3)According to the requirement of digital waterway construction,this paper fir st develops a B/S based server architecture and then employs J2 EE technique with SSM framework to achieve the intelligent navigation service in DWOMSS.The real test demonstrates that through excavating Buoy information,maintaining vessel data real-time collection and planning optimal route for vessels,it can improve the efficiency and diversity of service and maintenance efficiency. |
