| Green environmental protection,energy saving and reducing consumption,became an industrial development trend,under the circumstances of the continuous development of industry,industrial products are more and more environmental protection,more energy saving,more intelligent.Hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in high load carrying situation because of its high power density ratio.In order to improve the flow and pressure level of hydraulic system,and follow the demand of high performance hydraulic components is more and more urgent.Nowadays,the types of hydraulic components are rich and diverse,and the new type of hydraulic components are difficult to create.Under this background,this paper aims at the high pressure of the hydraulic cycloid motor of the power components of the hydraulic system,analyzes the working principle of the hydraulic cycloid motor and the meshing principle of the key meshing pair in it,and puts forward the optimization design method to improve the working pressure of the cycloid motor.In this paper,the research status of the cycloid meshing pair,the working principle of cycloidal hydraulic motor,the principle of cycloid formation,the principle of forming the cycloid tooth profile and the processing process are studied and summarized.On the basis of the analysis of the existing research,the defects of the existing repair methods are found.The stress concentration phenomenon is serious,which directly results in the bite of the meshing pair and the damage of the hydraulic cycloid motor,and the optimization is made to homogenizing the pressure of the meshing point of the cycloid motor.The most important part of the cycloid hydraulic motor in the working process is the cycloid meshing pair,and the stress analysis of the meshing point of the cycloid meshing pair has been calculated by the meshing angle of the cycloid meshing pair,and the contact stress is derived through the geometric relation.The motion of the cycloid meshing auxiliary rotor is the rotation of the rotation with the rotation of the rotation.This paper derives the rotation according to the meshing relationship of the cycloid meshing pair.The relationbetween the moving angle and the meshing angle.It is convenient to calculate the contact stress.The standard tooth profile outside the rotor of the cycloid meshing pair is a short outer cycloid,but it has been repaired during the actual meshing process,and it is found that the stress concentration of the meshing point in the high pressure area is obvious after the trimming of the short outer cycloid,and the two point modification method for improving the volume efficiency is to make the stress concentrated at the contact point of the highlight meshing.This paper analyzes the base of contact stress in the meshing point.On the other hand,the method of equal stress modification is put forward to make the stress of the cycloid meshing pairs more uniform,and the measurement standard is the minimum mean variance of stress,thus improving the working pressure of the cycloid hydraulic motor.According to the calculation of the contact stress,the point of maximum contact stress is analyzed,that is,the worst point of stress,to confirm the repair area and verify the rationality of the area through the multi body dynamic simulation.And the optimization tool box is used to obtain the optimized shape,and the new cycloid outer tooth profile equation is used to form a complete set of stress analysis of the cycloid meshing pair and so on.The method of stress modification.Finally,through simulation,the stress distribution of the same engagement pair before and after modification is analyzed,and the stress distribution is analyzed,further proving the correctness of the modification method. |
