On the basis of the analysis of the research status of O2 O mode applied to teaching,the paper aims at the imperfect model of driving trainees' theoretical training,such as the traditional centralized theory training form,the lack of pertinence of content,the limitation of region and time,etc.This paper explores the use of the O2 O model(Online To Offline)and the innovation of We Chat.The teaching process and method in the theory teaching of driving are aimed at realizing the effectiveness of self-help learning through online teaching resources.Through the effective integration of modern information technology and teachers' teaching skills,the students can kindle the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the discussion and explore the learning in depth so as to promote the multi direction interaction and pluralism of the teaching off line interaction,also to improve the enthusiasm of driving learners,promote the long-term effectiveness of driving theory training,and the popularity of driving safety concept for driving learners.The paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the summary of the research,which mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the content and method of the research,the process and method of the research,the theoretical basis of the research,etc.Through literature review,the current status of driving training at home and abroad,and the application of O2 O mode in teaching are summarized.The theoretical support of constructive learning theory,adult learning theory,humanistic learning theory,self-directed learning theory,and the pan learning theory Kolb empirical circle learning theory are expounded.The second part is the investigation of the current status.By using the method of questionnaire and interview,we can understand the requirements of the traditional training model,the training content,the learning characteristics and the use of We Chat,and then apply the We Chat based O2O model to the teaching activities of the driving theory before,during and after the training.And follow-up training process design support,in order to better prepare for action research.The third part is the construction of the theoretical training process for driving trainees.Using the advanced training cases at home and abroad,based on constructive learning theory and based on the results of the investigation,the We Chat platform suitable for the model of O2 O is constructed,and the O2 O model based trainees' theory training process based on the We Chat model is initially built and applied to the next walk.Dynamic research to explore its practical effect in application.The fourth part is the process of action research,taking the motor vehicle driving theory in Guangzhou as the research object and carrying out three rounds of action research according to the action research program.After the first round of action research,the preliminary construction of the teaching plan is revised and perfected,then second rounds of action research,the improvement of the teaching plan and the enrichment of the resources of the We Chat platform,and then the third round of action research.Through questionnaire survey and interview survey,we can understand the effect of implementation,and analyze whether the O2 O model based trainees' theoretical training based on the We Chat model can help to improve the students' interest in learning and all aspects of their ability.The fifth part is the summary and Prospect of the research.The conclusions of this study and the shortcomings in the process of reflection are expounded,and the future research is prospected.The research results show that the theoretical training of driving trainees based on the We Chat O2 O model can help the students to improve the learning development needs by the fragmentation time,promote the students to participate in the interactive teaching quality under the line,promote the teaching of the experts and professors in depth,and promote the safety and civilization of the students in traffic safety.On the level and consciousness has the stage effect.
