With the increasing number of tunnels in cold regions,frost damage problems of which needs to be solved urgently.At present,the research on the distribution law of the temperature field of tunnel wall rock and the laying method of tunnel thermal insulation layer as well as thickness of the tunnel is not yet mature.It is necessary to further strengthen the research methods of combining actual engineering with theory to draw the research results closer to the actual project.Based on the study of the design of temperature field and thermal insulation on Jiangluling Tunnel,this paper offered reliable data references for the solution of engineering problems.This paper adopted the means of theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and other methods to compare the simulation results with the measured temperature distribution results so as to make the result of simulation more realistic.From two aspects of distribution law of temperature field and the measures of thermal insulation of tunnels in cold regions,this paper carried out the following work:1.Summarized the research situation and existing problems of the temperature field and thermal insulation measures of tunnels in cold regions,and illustrated the necessity of further research on thermal insulation measures for tunnels in cold regions in the future.2.Analyzed the monitoring data of Jiangluling Tunnel and made the temperature distribution curve with the monitoring data to figure out the variation rules between frozen soil zone and unfrozen soil zone,which offers a more reliable basis for the simulation and conclusions to the next step.The measured data shows that in different frozen soil zone,the temperature distribution varies in the wall rock in different depth of the tunnel.From the testing of simulation,this paper obtained a more accurate temperature distribution law of tunnels.3.Combined with the monitoring data of measured temperature,using ANS YS finite element numerical analysis software to simulate the frozen soil zone and non-frozen soil zone,this paper figured out the best thermal insulation laying method and the thickness of the thermal insulation layer,which determines the best way to prevent the wall rocks of being frozen and provides a reliable reference for similar cases.4.This paper made a clear summary of the application of thermal insulation measures in different cold regions’ tunnels,and provided an effective theoretical basis and engineering reference for tunnels in cold regions to choose the appropriate thermal insulation measures.Based on the measured temperature data of Jiangluling Tunnel,the simulation in this paper is as reliable as possible.Distribution of the temperature field in the tunnel and measures of thermal insulation are further optimized,therefore,the obtained thermal insulation measures can withstand the test of the actual project and provide a reliable engineering reference for similar cases.
