When the aircraft is performing a special high-cold flight test mission,it needs to be parked in a cold environment for a long time.The low-temperature environment will damage the barycenter adjustment system and the battery in the cabin.In the past,in an extremely cold environment,the electric load system was used to heat the water the barycenter adjustment system.Due to the complex structure of the center of gravity deployment system and the difference water temperature between different structures,the use of electric load system for heating will cause a waste of resources.Therefore,this paper proposes to simulate the temperature field of the cabin to obtain the water temperature changes data over time,and then make a reasonable insulation plan through the temperature data.Firstly,this paper summarizes the requirements of temperature field simulation and gives a reasonable simulation plan.The finite element analysis software that we use is ANSYS.In the simulation process include: building a three-dimensional model,meshing,boundary condition setting,result analysis,etc.According to the temperature data,we make a reasonable insulation plan.The thermal insulation system basic functions are temperature acquisition and temperature control.Using virtual instrument technology to complete the design of thermal insulation system.The core control equipment uses the embedded controller c RIO-9046 produced by NI.It is equipped with NI-9216 module and NI-9403 module to achieve temperature acquisition and control.The heating equipment is electric blankets,which are wrapped on the surface of the water tank and pipeline.Controlling software is composed of real-time embedded monitoring software and human-computer interaction software.Embedded real-time monitoring software runs on the embedded main controller to provide functions such as temperature acquisition and temperature control.Human-computer interaction software provides a good human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the function of the temperature monitoring system was verified through experiments,it has good heating performance and meet the design requirements. |
