| Under the temperature change influence, the PC bridge structure interior can have considerable distortion and stress,which seriously affects the bridge the construction quality. This kind of adverse effect also increases along with the span tends to remarkably. It has been confirmed that many domestic and foreign bridges matters in the constructions and transportbusiness stage are related to temperature. The temperature effect question has aroused the interest and attention of domestic and foreign engineer increasingly.According to the heat transfer theory under the Class Three boundary condition,and one solutions bridges structure temperature field practical method were proposed; At the same time, the three dimensional space temperature stress model was simplified as the two-dimensional plane temperature stress computation model.Take a 120m-span prestressd concrete box-continuous bridges as the reasearch background, the temperature test was actualized at field. The temperature profile along the concrete box beam vertical direction was obtained by analysis the detected temperature data according to least squares method. They can serve as the bridge engineering project in the latter days.The computational method of computation temperature field and temperature stress based on plane temperature model in the finite element software ANSYS was proposed. The calculated results of finite element simulation conform to the measurement value in situ shows that the test method is reasonable and the calculated method is correct. The bridge bracket structure distortion characteristic under the sun shine temperature effect was studied on this basis,and the method of formwork setout by utilization the relative elevation method was proposed. It will contribute to reduces the effect of temperature in the construction stage on the deflection of broad flange box-beam . |
