| The clean energy has been promoted vigorously,and the power industry has been developing rapidly to deal with environmental and energy problems recently.High voltage transmission and smart grid have been widely prompted,which gave birth to smart substation technology.Compared with conventional substations technology,the intelligent substations technology owns some advanced,stable,integrated and friendly intelligent devices,the network platform based on digital data,and the unified information interaction function to acquire,detect and adjust data.Besides,the intelligent substations technology can also make optimal regulations,classify plans,and coordinate cooperation according to actual needs of the power grid,to link with the surrounding substations.In this dissertation,based on the research results of intelligent substation design at home and abroad and IEC61850 communication protocol,the two systems and communication design of Jiangsu Jiangwei 110 kV substation are studied and analyzed.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This dissertation introduces the background,significance and development status of the project,and analyzes the current situation power grid in Funing,the necessity of establishing the110 kV intelligent substation of Jiangwei and the development and application of IEC61850 communication protocol in the substation design.Besides,this dissertation expounds the main contents and characteristics of the IEC61850 communication protocol,and studies the communication network technology in the intelligent substation.(2)The secondary order system of Jiangwei 110 kV intelligent substation carried out the automation design of the substation based on DL/T860 with a global view of the system structure,system function,network and communication configuration of the system.It also disposed the secondary equipment of the system,chose the communication scheme,designed the component protection and automatic devices,and selected the optical cable and proposed the building and structure of the station.The secondary intelligentized substation system is configured,and the AC and DC integrated power system is designed with the anti-error operation.The intelligent auxiliary control link and the first equipment state detection link and the secondary equipment cabinet and layout are designed.(3)The operation and test of the related equipment of substation second system is carriedout,including the test of the AC and DC integrated power system,the debugging of the uninterrupted power supply system,the test analysis of the network switch device,the monitor system host and the intelligent terminal device.Finally the test results show that all the devices meet the standard in the design of the intelligent substation. |
