Electric heating film heating has the advantages of comfortable body sense,uniform temperature,high conversion rate.At the same time,it does not produce noise,waste residue,or exhaust gas.It is a green and clean heating method which is highly praised by the state.It also accords with the requirement of comfort degree.So there is a huge potential for development.A new type of waterborne electrothermal slurry is prepared by grinding the composite oxide,binder,conductive agent and so on.Then the electrothermal slurry is adhered to one another through coating,impregnation,screen printing and other processes to form an electrothermal film.The electric heating film is connected with the temperature sensor,and then sealed with waterproof layer,heat insulation layer,insulating layer,etc.to form an electric heating mat.In order to ensure the safety of use,the KSD9700 temperature control switch was added to the original design technology of electric heating membrane floor to provide local overheat protection.Finally,a temperature controller was designed based on the STC89C52 microcontroller and DS18B20 temperature sensor.The photoelectric complementary heating system was designed to supply the energy of the photoelectric complementary system,the electric heating film ground mat is the heating body,the temperature control device controls the indoor temperature,all of these formed the photoelectric complementary electric heating film ground mat heating system.First of all,the article summarized and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the three forms of electric film heating,which was divided into top heating,wall heating,floor heating.The composition of photovoltaic generation system is summarized in this paper.And the switching circuit of photovoltaic and power supply and the detection circuit which were based on Holzer current sensor and Holzer voltage sensor were designed.The detection circuit and the working principle of photovoltaic and mains switching circuits are introduced in detail.According to the photoelectric conversion efficiency of polysilicon photovoltaic cells,sunshine hours,power of electric film mats and other conditions,the power,power generation,and photovoltaic module area required for the photovoltaic modules are calculated.This paper designs and implements a temperature contrast experiment between electricheating and electric stove heating.First,the temperature and humidity meter used for temperature measurement is improved,so that the reaction speed of temperature measurement is improved.Then in the two rooms with similar conditions,the electric heating film ground mat and the electric pottery furnace are used for more than two hours.The temperature change of the laboratory is recorded by the improved temperature and humidity meter.The temperature changes of the indoor objects are recorded by the infrared thermometer.The room heating and the electric pottery furnace heating room is drawn.The temperature variation curve and the indoor temperature curve.The obtained curves are compared with each other,and the heating modes and characteristics of the electric stove and electrothermal membrane are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of electrothermal membrane heating compared with other commonly used heating methods are summarized,which will directly promote the popularization of electrothermal films and provide reference.
