Vehicle heating device is used to keep the train carriages warm. The traditional vehicleelectric heating device mainly used the resistance wire as the electric vehicle components. Inthis paper, using a new type of semiconductor nanometer electrothermal materials as electricheating element, studies the feasibility of its application in vehicle heating device, and byextension based on the application, to study the type of device in electric field appliedprospect, realize the goal of energy saving. Therefore, in this paper, we make the followingseveral aspects work:(1) The heating mechanism of nanometer electrothermal film and the performance of theelectrothermal film are analyzed, determines the manufacturing processes and methods of thenanometer electrothermal film.(2) The electric properties of the electrothermal film are analyzed in the experiment, therelationship between the temperature of the electrothermal heating element and the voltageapplied on both ends of the electrothermal are obtained. Thermal radiation is one of the threeways of heat transfer, the paper analyzed the characteristics of nanometer thin film underdifferent substrate. Based on the experimental environment for the electric heating device inthe ANSYS finite element thermal analysis, we obtained the temperature field distributionwhen the temperature is150℃,200℃and200℃respectively.(3) The mechanical structure and the temperature control system of the vehicle electricheating device are designed. According to TB/T2704-2005technical requirements of therailway passenger car electric heaters, comparing the existing train heating device, designed anew type of electric heating device. Making the STC89C52single-chip microcomputer as thecore, we design a kind of control mode with variety of ways, namely, the temperature controlsystem with contact control, relay control and voltage regulator control. Then we make theheating device prototype.(4) The experiment of energy consumption for new type electric heating device andtraditional electric heating device are done. First, by contact control mode, in the situation ofthe same power consumption, the heat generated by the two devices are compared andanalyzed, we know the heat generated by the new type electric heating device is higher thanthe heat generated by the traditional electric heating device; Second, by regulating the voltagecontrol mode, under the condition of constant temperature, the battery consumption producedby these two kinds of electric heating device is compared and analyzed, we know that the newtype electric heating device has the energy saving effect. In this paper, the electric heating materials will be applied in the electric heating device,in order to solve the problems of low thermal efficiency and high cost of the traditionalheating materialsOn the basis of the research, we can research and develop a series of electric heatingproducts integrated with low power consumption and environmental protection, these arehelpful for the technology upgrades of the electric heating products and electric industry...
