| Hybrid energy systerm based on heat pump is an energy conserved and environment protected technology which use the solar energy and the waste heat of sewage as low grade heat source. because of the serious problem of energy and environment, it is very necessary to take the corresponding study on it.In this paper, In order not only to enable the heat reclaiming for regional areas, but also to solve the problem that the reclaiming of sewage waster heat was limited by geographic location ,the author does some research and development on an advanced sewage heat exchanger--gravity film heat exchanger(GFX).The characteristics of the gravity film heat exchanger(GFX) has been captured through the study on the flow in vertical piping of drainage and the gravity film laminar flow in the center piping of gravity film heat exchanger(GFX) .on the basic of pilot study of experment,and then compare with the foreign datas, a Matlab/Simulink module of the gravity film heat exchanger(GFX)is established.In this paper, the author also analyses the heat transfer process and conversation of energy of the flat-plant solar collector and the vacuum tube solar collector,and the unified simple instantaneous efficiency equation has been captured for the two solar collectors.Then according to the datas provided by the China weather bureau, the Matlab/Simulink dynamic module of solar collector is established.Based on the property parameter of heat pump , the Matlab/Simulink module of water source heat pump is established .In order to solve the disadvantage of instability of the solar energy,in this paper the heat storage water tank is used to move the peak to fill in the valley for the solar energy ,storing and complementing the energy for the system ,and it solves the problem of the systemic stability .In the paper the author also establishes the Matlab/Simulink module for the heat storage water tank.Linking up the above modules and functioning the systerm, the author do some research on the relation between all kinds of infection factor and the optimized link mode and matching.This can benefit the establishment of the real system with the theoretical instruction. |
