Analysis And Reflection On Urban Renewal Performance Of Shenzhen

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the problem of insufficient construction space in Shenzhen has become more and more severe,and urban renewal has become one of the main ways to solve this problem.In 2009,Government issued the “Measures for Urban Renewal in Shenzhen City,” it means that Shenzhen has started to implement the urban renewal work in an all-round way.Now Urban renewal work has been practiced for many years has achieved certain results,but it is mainly reflected in the economic value of land.City is a complex,the impact of urban renewal on all aspects of the city remains to be explored.Therefore,this paper collects and collates the relevant data of urban renewal projects over the past few year,and attempts to analyze the overall impact of urban renewals in Shenzhen’s social,economic,environmental and some other ways.The research of this article is mainly divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly explains the background and priorities of the research,etc;The second and third chapters are basic theoretical research,mainly introduces the development of Shenzhen’s urban renewal and related basic concepts of urban renewal in Shenzhen;Chapter four to six are empirical analysis of the article,take Nanshan District as an example to analyze the performance of various aspects of urban renewal,then verify the conclusions of the previous analysis with typical cases.After that propose a set of index system for urban renewal performance evaluation;The last chapter is conclusions and related reflections.This article through the specific analysis of the data on the Nanshan District urban renewal project,and found that urban renewal played a positive role in improving the supply of construction land,real estate investment,and promoting industrial upgrading,however,there is deficiency in social public contribution and historical and cultural protection,and combined with the previous article to analyze the causes of these deficiencies,made some pertinent opinion.The main innovation of the study is the systematic analysis of the impact of urban renewal on all aspects of the city,and combined with the related analysis put forward a set of index system for urban renewal performance evaluation.It also provides reference for the selection of relevant indexes of urban renewal performance evaluation in Shenzhen.
