Wind energy is a clean,pollution-free and renewable energy source.With a long-term study of the wind power generation technology,it has developed relatively mature and formed industrialization.When the domestic wind power station develops vigorously,the collapse of wind turbine happen occasionally,it causes very serious economic loss.Most of the accident of wind turbine happen because of the collapse of superstructure,the structure of wind turbine foundation usual don't be damaged,but at present,there is little technical paper for evaluating the safety of wind turbine foundation when the tower of wind turbine has be destroyed,and It causes difficulty to accurately evaluate the safety of wind turbine foundation.This paper is based on the actual engineering case of a collapsed wind turbine,evaluating the safety of the wind turbine foundation according to the structure detection and structural analysis.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,Doing the structure detection for the wind turbine foundation whose superstructure is collapsed,it include internal concrete damage detection,concrete crack detection,evaluating structure strength,checking the concrete rebar and concrete cover,providing reliable basis for evaluating whether the wind turbine foundation can be used.Second,Reference the wind turbine foundation construction drawing and the failure characteristics of wind turbine foundation,getting the most disadvantageous load effect of the wind turbine foundation,then checking the bearing capacity,disengage area,anti-punching,and anti-overturning stability of the wind turbine foundation,and it meets the standard requirement after calculation.Third,This paper use large finite element analysis software ABAQUS to develop the model of the concrete and rebar of the wind turbine foundation.According to the structure detection of the foundation,Finite element analysis is carried out after applying the most disadvantageous load effect to the wind turbine foundation,we get the deformation and stress cloud diagram of the wind turbine foundation to check the concrete and reinforcement stress state meeting the requirement of material limit.Through the aforementioned work,we can evaluate the safety of the accidental wind turbine foundation comprehensively,and this method can also provide reference for the safety evaluation of related structural engineering.
