In recent years,wind power generation in China has been developing rapidly,but it has been a late start,and the basic design and application is not yet mature.In this background,this article,with emphasis on the 2 MW gravity type the wind turbine foundation on land,the research object,in light of the opening of the widely used steel plate shear structure,using ANSYS to establish a simplified analytical model to study shear stress,the following results:(1)Based on its simplified test,uses ANSYS program,by setting the technical aspects of contact considering the contact between steel and concrete,etc.,hole steel plate shear force simplified analysis model is established.The two results agree,verify the effectiveness of the research method and provide reference for wind turbine foundation design and optimization.(2)The finite element analysis model of single and double hole reinforced open steel plates was established,and the shear force mechanism was studied by changing the parameters of single hole position,double hole position and hole spacing.By comparing the vertical displacement,the maximum tensile stress in reinforced concrete,steel plate after tensile stress and strain of concrete parameters,put forward the model of double hole reinforced D2270 for a program of holes and hole plate after peak stress,peak strain of concrete and other parameters distribution is uniform,smaller peak.(3)Based on the model D2270,the shear force mechanism of the three-hole reinforcement model is studied by changing the distance of the top of the third hole.By comparing the same parameters,put forward the three hole reinforced T90 for the optimal hole pattern in the model,the solution to reduce the steel and concrete stress and vertical displacement,dispersion plate hole after tensile stress and compressive stress of concrete has significant effect.(4)Based on the optimal but-hole scheme T90,the actual improvement model of the fan base is reduced.You have to improve the model.The stress intensity of reinforced tensile stress and stress of concrete are reduced.The stress distribution of concrete pore is dispersed,the bearing capacity is stronger,the tensile stress is more dispersed,the distribution is more uniform,and the stress is more reasonable.
