Urban livability has become the consensus of urban development,and it's the source of power for the follow-up development of urbanization,which is of great significance for improving the quality of urbanization.However,the community is the basic unit of the city and it's also the basis for promoting the construction of livable cities.At present,the trend of urban development from a grand narrative to daily life is increasingly evident,therefore,strengthening community environmental construction has become an important issue.In this context,this article starts from the community level,combines the current development of information technology,and based on the theory of system evaluation,integrates the theory of residents' life circle,and follows the general idea of “evaluation target ? evaluation factor ?evaluation method ? evaluation result ? promotion suggestion”.Construct an evaluation system for the livability of the community environment in order to measure the spatial pattern of the livability of the community environment and reveal its existing problems and types of features,so as to provide a reference for the urban government to build a livable community.To achieve the goal of improving the living space quality of urban residents and promoting the sustainable development of the community.First of all,according to the above theories and methods,this article constructs the community environment livability evaluation system,which mainly includes three parts: First,refer to the “Shanghai 15 Minutes Community Living Planning Guidelines(Trial)” to determine the objectives of the evaluation,including residence,employment,travel,services,recreation;The second is to determine the evaluation index system,a total of 5 dimensions,15 elements and 27 indicators,and clear the calculation methods for each index;The third is to determine the evaluation method,this paper applies AHP and entropy method combined weighting method to measure the weights,and uses the comprehensive index method to calculate the evaluation scores,and introduces the K-means clustering method to classify the categories;Secondly,based on the evaluation system of this paper,719 communities in the Changsha metropolitan area were selected as empirical objects and found the following conclusions:(1)In the evaluation of the composite index,the overall livability of the community environment was found to be general.It has features such as obvious differences among different districts and counties,large differences between Hexi and Hedong,and a spatial distribution pattern of “core-edge”.There are specific issues such as unbalanced employment,large-scale neighborhoods,and lack of old-age care facilities;(2)In the analysis of clustering characteristics,each community is divided into four categories,which are interpreted as quality-enhancing,environmental-repairing,basic-guarantee-type,and functional-perfect,And found that communities with a balanced environment in all aspects of livability;Finally,aiming at the structural characteristics and specific problems of the livability of the community environment,and drawing on the advanced experience of foreign cities,the preliminary optimization strategies are discussed from the perspective of knowledge and planning.This includes specific strategies such as promoting public participation,promoting career balance,and implementing a15-minute community life cycle.
