Subway is a major form of urban traffic system.Because of its high traffic volume, rapid and convenient, safe and comfortable features,it plays an important role in alleviating urban road traffic pressure and facilitating residents’ travel. The metro depot as a place for vehicle parking, inspection, preparation, use and repair of vehicles has a large area.Comprehensive utilization of its upper space for property development can provide more land for urban construction and increase the utilization rate of urban land.In the metro depot, there are a large number of train loads,a concentrated track line, and a large number of turnouts and curve sections. These access trains cause vibration and noise problems in the buildings above the depot, affecting the safety performance of buildings and the quality of life of the residents. The longer it will also harm people’s health. In recent years, with the rapid development of urban rail transit in China, the value of development and utilization of superstructures on metro depots has gradually increased, but the existing literature on issues such as depot vibration and vehicle-induced building vibrations is still relatively small. Therefore, this article takes the upper cover property of the Luogang Metro Depot in Guangzhou as the research object to study the vibration law, environmental assessment and vibration isolation measures for such structures. The specific work is as follows:1.According to the relevant standards, field surveys were conducted on the throat area, overhaul lines and test track areas in Guangzhou Luogang Depot, and three kinds of vibration source loads were compared and analyzed. The vibration source load characteristics and vibration attenuation law in the depot were studied.2.The three-dimensional finite element model of track-earth-foundation was established and using UM software to establish the model B of the subway.Under the imposed track irregularity, column wheel force was obtained and applied as a stimulus to the finite element model to obtain the vibration response of the earth.Comparing the measured data with the theoretical calculation results, the correctness of the simulation was verified.3.Set different working conditions, analyze the influence of uniform excitation and non-uniform excitation vibration effects on buildings, and analyze the law of building vibration under test line train load and maintenance line train load separately, and research the influence of the superposition effect of two kinds of vibration source loads on buildings;4.Considering the vibration effect of the superstructure,we will study the vibration reduction effect of the anti-vibration bearing on the superstructure by setting up vibration isolation bearings for the foundation of high-rise buildings. Finally, the main conclusions and shortcomings are summarized.
