Split rolling-sliding bearing is a new type of split bearing developed and designed based on integrated rolling-sliding bearing,it formed by cutting the inner ring and the outer ring of overall rolling-sliding bearing and bolting together,combines the characteristics of integral rolling-sliding bearing and ordinary split bearings.In split rolling-sliding bearings,the bearing strength of slider can effectively improve its loading capacity,increase life and reduce wear,especially its split structure saves the time of loading and unloading,reduces the intensity of labor and improves the efficiency of work,therefore,it is particularly important for the research of split roller bearings.This paper uses split cylindrical roller bearing and split rolling-sliding bearing as the research object,and the split cylindrical roller bearing as a comparison to understand the new bearing-the advantages and disadvantages of split rolling-sliding bearing.In order to study the contact problems of two kinds of bearings and the dynamic operation process,based on some simplifications of the split structure,this paper analyzes the local to the overall static contact analysis and dynamics simulation of split cylindrical roller bearing and split roller-sliding bearing by ABAQUS,and verifies the simulation results by the Hertz contact theory,which comes to the analysis result finally.Firstly,simulating the local static contact of split rolling-siding bearing based on ABAQUS,then study the local contact problem of split rolling-siding bearing under different radial load,it is concluded that with the increase of radial load,the local contact stress of split rolling-siding bearing also increases,and verify the correctness of the finite element analysis results by the Hertz contact theory.Secondly,simulating the overall static contact problem of split cylindrical roller bearings and split rolling-siding bearing based on the local statics analysis results and ABAQUS,compare and study the overall contact stress and strain of the two types of bearings,analyze the stress concentration problem of slider for split rolling-siding bearing,it can be concluded that split rolling-siding bearing is more suitable for heavy load conditions and the inner ring and outer ring raceways are less likely to fatigue flaking,however,the slider has a slight stress concentration without modification.Finally,simulating the dynamic operation process of the two split bearings by ABAQUS,compare and analyze the dynamic contact stress,the kinematics performance and the vibration performance of the two bearings,the following conclusions have been reached:except that the inner ring has a large equivalent stress due to contact with the roller and slider all the time,the dynamic equivalent stress of split rolling-sliding bearing is smaller than splitcylindrical roller bearing's,and due to the bearing of the slider,the maximum stress of the roller is reduced by 23%,in addition,the restraint effect of the slider also enables the roller to have better stability performance.the inner rings of the two types of bearings have the same starting performance,during start-up,the inner ring of the split cylindrical roller bearing has better vibration performance,while the split rolling-siding bearing has better start-up performance.However,when the start is completed,the roller may collide with the slider occasionally.Therefore,the split rolling-siding bearing has better load-carrying performance and steady-state operation performance,and is suitable for mechanical equipment with high requirements for rotation accuracy.
