The Coordination Analysis Between Roller And Slider Contact Vibration And Temperature Field Analysis Of Rolling-sliding Compound Bearing Based On ABAQUS

Skid composite bearing is a new type of bearing that evolved from roller bearing andsliding bearing with many excellent properties, such as quick start, high speed, andoverloading. This bearing could effectively settle the problem of concentration when thebearing is overload and improve its service life. In this paper, the statics, dynamics andthermodynamics of the skid composite bearing is analyzed by using the finite elementsoftware ABAQUS, aiming to explore the coordination of the roller and the slider.Firstly, the paper is analyzed the multi-body contact statics of the bearing by the finiteelement analysis, and calculated it by using Hertz elastic contact theory. Compared with themax equivalent stress of the bearing calculated by the finite element analysis, the resultindicated that the finite element model is reasonable. The dangerous area of the bearing isensured by equivalent stress and the deformation nephogram.Secondly, the paper is the skid composite bearing by the explicit dynamic and studied thestress, deformation and vibration response of the skid composite bearing components when itis under the impact load and its speed is constant. I also discussed and studied the transfer ofmain mechanical parts of roller and the coordination between the roller and slider at the casesof different load.Thirdly, the paper is the roll composite bearing by the thermodynamic analysis,compared the temperature rise of the main contact area and the temperature rise between theroller and the slider, and disused the affection to the movement ride by the applied momentbetween the roller and the slider and their coordination. Finally, according to the results ofthe above analysis and comprehensive consideration, we can learn the coordination betweenroller and slider.
