Compared with western multinationals,China's shipping enterprises are weak in global shipping enterprises.Relying on the timing of the rapid development of world economy and the advantage of the rapid development of Chinese economy,China ocean into profit through billions of shipping enterprises in our country,but after the global financial crisis,continuous losses even face the risk of delisting.Shipping industry is the product of economic development to a certain stage and serves international trade.Therefore,the shipping industry needs to face huge periodic system risks in the process of development.The study of financial risk management theory in China started late,and there is no complete financial risk theory for China's economic situation.Draw lessons from the western theory of risk management and experience,this article embarks from the actual shipping enterprise,analysis of the financial management of risk to the shipping companies and management measures,in order to improve the shipping companies understanding of financial risk.2015,our country's two largest shipping companies restructuring(cosco and China shipping),the creation of a new group "China ocean shipping group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as cosco shipping group),is the direct management of the central people's government agencies and extra large central enterprises of national economy.The financial risk management of large shipping enterprises is of great importance to enterprises both before and after the reorganization.According to the specific condition of our shipping enterprises and the future development of shipping enterprises in our country,this article through to the shipping enterprises in our country in four aspects of financial risk management,including funding risk,investment risk,capital recovery risk and foreign exchange and interest rate risk problems are discussed.In particular,the collection of enterprise data of cosco shipping group and the improvement of relevant theoretical knowledge.At present,China's shipping enterprise financial management case time lag,this article through the case analysis in order to further improve the domestic shipping enterprise financial management theory system to provide reliable basis in fact.
