Research On Financial Risk Management Of ZYHY Company

The Shipping industry plays an important role in the economic development,and it is an important means of trade among countries.In China,90%of goods are carried out by ship when trading with enterprise countries.Compared with other industries;the characteristics of the shipping industry itself make the operational risks and financial risks borne by shipping enterprises in the daily operation process more complicated.However,most shipping enterprises do not attach importance to the management of financial risks at all,but only attach importance to the management of business risks.Especially after 2008,the global financial crisis depressed the entire shipping industry,and many shipping enterprises went bankrupt due to operational problems.Therefore,for shipping enterprises,they should pay more attention to the management of financial risks,so that enterprises can identify the financial risks in time,and predict it,and then formulate corresponding countermeasures to reduce the losses they will bear.In this study,ZYHY group was selected as the research object,and the existing problems in financial risk management were found through the analysis of its current status in financial risk management.In this paper,ZYHY group in the shipping industry is selected as an example and analyzed in various aspects.In addition to the detailed analysis of financial data,the financial risk of ZYHY group is analyzed by combining financial risk and other theoretical aspects with industry characteristics and indicators to reflect the corresponding cyclical market risks.Through investigation and analysis,it can be found that the factors influencing financial risk are various,including the influence of political,economic and technological environment and the development of the enterprise itself,whether the enterprise itself has scientific management ability,daily operation experience or risk prevention ability.After the detailed data and theoretical analysis of the enterprise,we will put forward Suggestions to the enterprise and the industry from various aspects,such as how to improve the risk awareness,how to learn to face and reduce the possible risks,and seize the development opportunities in the risks to turn the risks into advantages.In the process of the development of the shipping industry,the company can gradually improve its ability to deal with risks,make scientific decisions and develop,and realize the long-term and stable development of the company.
