Research On The Infrastructure Construction Model Of New Urbanization Based On EPC

The "new" of new-type urbanization is embodied in the purpose of building high-quality and livable urban,and the core of enhancing urban infrastructure construction and service.New urbanization could realize the integration of urban and rural,make the rural residents and urban residents enjoy infrastructure construction and service,improve the living quality of citizens.Urbanization in our country is in a great mass fervor,and to improve the urban infrastructure is an important action for constructing the new urbanization.However,at present in our country,infrastructure demand gap is huge,and in the backward level,the causes of this situation are: on the one hand,one reason is the lack of professional and technical personnel and the faultiness of government legal system,on the other hand,the urban infrastructure has long cycle of the construction pattern,that can't satisfy people's needs.Although The EPC Project general contracting mode in the mid-1980-s is introduced into our country,in the development of nearly 30 years,EPC mode has been widely used in the traditional petrochemical industry gradually extended to the electric power Engineering,transport and water supply Engineering,and the other port wharf Engineering,transmission line Engineering,landscape ecological Engineering,fire Engineering and other fields,however,To explore in the field of new urbanization infrastructure implementation of EPC pattern also must be combined with China's national conditions,through the scientific management theory and methods to support further research.As a general contracting mode,the EPC mode adaptability to new infrastructure construction of urbanization is moot,how to build the infrastructure construction EPC model management system should be further discussed.Through on the basis of a lot of reading and research literature,the research status of domestic and foreign is reviewed about the infrastructure construction mode on EPC,combining with SWOT analysis method,stakeholder theory and project management theory to carry out a research into the following three aspects.First of all,with the principle of new urbanization infrastructure construction,this paper analyzes the category of new urbanization infrastructure construction and its features.Then,the study of new urbanization infrastructure construction,to show on our country Whether EPC mode is suitable for the infrastructure projects via the SWOT analysis,the paper analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats factors and cross analysis,and summarizes the scope of the EPC mode.Finally,under the background of new construction,the paper researches EPC construction mode,analyses the elements of the EPC project management pattern,combined with the construction process and nine knowledge management system,from the following three aspects,builds the EPC model management: the content of the whole process of construction management system organization,target control and dynamic management and information construction,and offers a park project application instance to support.Through the study of new infrastructure construction of urbanization based on EPC mode,the paper emphasizes the adaptability of the EPC mode in our country,broadens the application of EPC pattern in new areas,show the positive significance of the construction and development of infrastructure projects in China.
