China’s rapid economic development and urbanization level are also rising, withthe deepening of the reform and opening up. The National Bureau of Statistics resultsshow that our country’s urbanization rate increased from17.92%in1978to51.27%in2011. The urbanization of the rural population to urban influx led to the urbanpopulation concentration increased, and the phenomenon of urbanization put forwardhigher request for urban infrastructure construction. Transportation, medical, health,education and other aspects of the original scale construction have been unable to meetthe needs of now. Especially with the development of economy, people are stronglyaware of the importance of education, and the state is also increasing investment ineducation infrastructure construction projects. I mainly engaged in the primary andsecondary infrastructure project investment evaluation during the internship, and Ifound that the urbanization have important implications for our country infrastructureconstruction project investment evaluation of primary and secondary schools, andconducted in-depth research.In this paper, on the basis of the existing research scholars, First of all, I analyzedthe theoretical relationship between China’s urbanization and infrastructure projectinvestment evaluation theory of primary and secondary schools. Secondly, I analyzedthe status quo of China’s urbanization and infrastructure investment of primary andsecondary schools through the level of urbanization, people per capita disposableincome, level of education of the residents, and urban infrastructure level. Combinedwith China’s specific economic situation and availability of data, determine the impactof China’s primary and secondary infrastructure projects investment factors, includingper capital income, The level of urbanization, the level of education development, thenumber of students, the rate of dilapidated buildings. Then I was linear regression analysis of primary and secondary infrastructure project investment evaluation, whichusing SPSS software predicts the2013-2020rural primary school infrastructure projectinvestment, and through the regression model to determine the significant factors ofprimary and secondary schools infrastructure project investment is the urbanizationlevel and the number of students. Finally, using the regression model, I analyzed thedifference between the practical investment and predicted results of actual cases inurban and rural primary and secondary infrastructure projects. I presented that theurbanization level should be added to the evaluation of the primary and secondaryinfrastructure project investment in China, which is promoting the coordinateddevelopment of education enterprise in our country.
