Study On The Logistics Cost Control And Management Of CBMI Hungary Construction Project

Achieving sustainable development,implementing transnational operation strategy,pursuing benefit maximization,and occupying market share of cement construction field both at home and abroad are the tenet to develop and the objectives of CBMI.Considering that the projects of CBMI have been built throughout Asia,Europe,Middle East,Africa and Latin America,taking this subject,the study on logistics cost control and management of CBMI Hungary construction project,as the research object,can lay a solid foundation for the company to speed up the implementation of international construction progress,elaborate construction projects,establish the logistics cost control and management mechanism for international projects,improve the performance evaluation index system of logistics cost for international projects,realize the logistics cost control for international projects and real-time online monitoring project progress,meanwhile it provides the basis for analysis and research on improvement and optimization of logistics operation for construction projects.However,at present,there is few study cases on logistics cost control and management of international construction projects for international construction enterprises,the successful cases of foreign companies for reference are limited,and the content of construction logistics cost analysis covers too wide,with lots of uncertain factors and difficulties to define by human,how to take effective methods for logistics cost control and management of international construction projects and the performance evaluation of project logistics cost are very valuable and worth discussion.Concentrating on the central issue,logistics cost control and management of CBMI Hungary construction project,this article,from the theory of logistics cost management and control,through system analysis of the following four aspects: investment environment and return expectations for construction projects,the concept,connotation,and define of logistics cost,composition and characteristics of logistics cost,container transport cost(key case analysis),puts forward the feasibility report for construction projects,interprets the connotation of logistics cost for Hungary project,builds the logistics cost control and management model based on operating cost method,establishes the performance evaluation method of logistics system which is called fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,and achieves the design aim of comprehensive control for the logistics cost of CBMI Hungary project in advance,ongoing and afterwards.With regard to establishing the logistics cost control and management model for CBMI Hungary construction project,and logistics cost accounting and performance evaluation for this project,this article has successively analyzed from the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,evaluated the control model as well.In performance measure,not only the cost is considered as a target,it uses scientific measure framework,from cost,time and service to set standards to study,this can make the logistics activities and the overall goal of enterprise organically combined,optimize business processes,realize value-added operation,and improve enterprise competitiveness.The study on logistics cost control and management of CBMI Hungary construction project promotes leadership's attention to logistics cost control and management for international projects,accelerates the combination of advanced information technology and network technology with intelligent service,and makes the enterprise to have advanced technical support and scientific management support in international construction project competitions.
