The intelligent power plant requires the digitization of information of the whole plant,and installation of advanced applications based on the digitization of information.The monitoring data integration is the key to digitization of information.On the basis of the monitoring data integration,automatic monitoring and analyzing the operation status of the equipment can reduce the workload of equipment analysis from analyst markedly.Automatic report system is the man-machine interface between automatic analysis program and the analyst,which is designed to demonstrate the analysis process and conclusion in an appropriate way and push information of equipment abnormal and failure.Automatic report system is a crucial issue to the application effect of automatic analysis program.This article studies the automatic analysis and report methods of equipment taking oil system for hydro turbine governor for object: first,the function,construction and movement characteristic of the oil system for governor has been studied,and the analysis model has been built;then automatic analysis program for the oil system for hydro turbine governor has been developed,which is based on the analysis model and is used to analyze the operating state,oil sealing performance,gas sealing performance and pump performance;then the hierarchical structured oil system analysis webpage has been designed to display the abnormal and fault of the equipment;then the method of automatic generation of report with Word format has been researched,which realizes the diversification of analysis results push.
