The orbit divert and attitude control system is one of the key subsystems of the spacecraft.It mainly provides the control force and control torque for the attitude and stability of the spacecraft,the orbital transfer and the orbital correction.It is widely used in satellite,rockets and all kinds of missiles.The evaluation of propulsion system scheme is the key technology of scheme demonstration and an important guarantee to improve the correctness of decision-making and reduce the major mistakes in the process of design.This dissertation mainly studies the theory and application of the orbit divert and attitude control system scheme evaluation.Firstly,the evaluation criteria system of orbit divert and attitude control system is constructed.Considering the research status of the evaluation criteria system of the orbit divert and attitude control system,this dissertation systematically discusses the construction principle of the criteria system and on this basis,establishes a scientific and reasonable scheme evaluation criteria system and analyzes the overall performance indicator and task ability indicator in detail.Secondly,the evaluation model of the orbit divert and attitude control system is established.This dissertation mainly studies three basic problems in the establishment of evaluation model,that is indicators standardization,weight determination and evaluation methods selection.(1)Indicators can be divided into two categories: qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators.For the quantification of qualitative indicators,this dissertation adopts the interval scaling method which is more in line with the psychological characteristics of the evaluator,and then quantifies it by means of the basic principle and idea of Set-valued Statistics.And the credibility of the qualitative indicators is evaluated by the concept of relative standard deviations.For the quantitative indicators,range transformation is applied.(2)In this dissertation,we combine Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Coefficient Variation(CV)to make full use of the rich experience of the experts while reducing the subjective randomness.In order to reduce the subjectivity of common expert weight determination methods,this dissertation adopts the method of cluster analysis based on the principle of "minority obeying majority".(3)By comparing the various evaluation methods,combined with the characteristics of poor information of the propulsion system in the scheme demonstration stage,the Gray Correlation Evaluation method is applied.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the development of the multiple schemes selection module of the the orbit divert and attitude control system scheme demonstrationsoftware is completed,and the standardization,visualization and high efficiency of the evaluation process are realized.At last,the practicability of the software is verified by an example.
