In order to ensure the acceptance rate of the military electromagnetic relay,it is necessary to test the attractive force and spring force effectively.In the production process the magnetic attractive force has not been tested automatically and it can only be tested manually,which has low efficiency and great error,and it is the technology bottleneck of this type of relay manufacturing.In order to improve the production efficiency and improve product qualification rate,the electromagnetic attraction automatic test equipment with high testing efficiency and testing accuracy must be developed.Firstly,the general design scheme of electromagnetic attraction automatic t est equipment was proposed.Through the analysis of the manual testing TO-5 electromagnetic relay,the detection precision and range of displacement and electromagnetic attractive force were determined.Then the displacement detection method was confirmed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various displacement measurement methods.The working principle and main components of the force sensor were described,and the detection error of the suction detection method was analyzed.Finally,the overall design of the control system of the automatic test equipment was determined.Secondly,the structure design and control system design of the electromagnetic attraction automatic test equipment were carried out.Through calculation and analysis,the design of flexible quick clamping was taken as the design guideline,the structure design of manual clamping and positioning platform,electromagnetic system test fixture,force measuring manipulator and displacement detection mechanism were carried out.According to the established structural design model,the working process simulation,test process simulation,improved the 3D model of the test equipment further.Assembly and commissioning process was determined by analyzing the assembly process of equipment and.According to the structure design of test equipment model,analysis of motor drive control mode,analysis of displacement sensor and force sensor signal acquisition control mode,and auxiliary detection and control requirements,the hardware circuit of the motor driver,data acquisition card,power supply and test equipment were designed.The control software of the test equipment was programmed,and the functions of man-machine interaction,data storage and automatic detection were realized.Finally,the use of electromagnetic attraction automatic test equipment was verified.According to the design plan,a prototype was manufactured and debugged.The equipment function and performance target were verified by production application.Through the error analysis of the measured data,it is proved that the repeated measurement error of the test equipment can meet the requirements of the project.By accurately measuring electromagnetic attraction,and with statistical analysis function,its impact on product assembly qualification rate improvement and product quality improvement was analyzed.The actual use verifies that the automatic test equipment of relay electromagnetic force developed in this paper can realize quick clamping and positioning requirements,convenient operation and has good application value.
