Combined gas and steam(COGAS)is widely used in the world and has been a significant component of worldwide electric industry.After select gas turbine,the characteristics of heat recovery steam generator and steam boiler will influence the integral performance of COGAS.The aims of this paper are existing problems and confronting difficulties in current COGAS unit.This paper adopts correlative theories about COGAS,analyzes the performances of COGAS mainly,and accomplishes the matching optimization of performance for heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine.This paperIn accordance with theories,characteristics and typical schematic diagrams of several basic types of COGAS,this paper has accomplished the theoretical analysis of its thermodynamic performance,derived the calculation formula of thermal efficiency and power ratio of COGAS,found out the influence factors of critical performance of cycle.By means of thermodynamic research and analysis,this paper has made applied evaluation,so as to lay the foundation for future research.By means of collecting the main performance indices of heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine,combined with the operation condition of COGAS units at home and abroad,master the performance variation rule of each unit component during the actual operation further.On the basis of analyzing thermodynamic and engineering constraints,the given exhaust parameters of gas turbine into heat recovery steam generator are regarded as original data.Parameters of heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine are optimizing calculated.Calculated results are analyzed,compared and selected,so as to be be the optimized matching basis for performances of heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine.By means of analysis and calculation,we obtain that: increase of flue gas temperature of gas turbine will be beneficial to decrease of flue gas temperature of heat recovery steam generator,so as to increase equivalent efficiency of heat recovery steam generator;influence rules of temperature differences of pinch point and approach point on fuel gas of heat recovery steam generator;influence rules of steam pressure and temperature on fuel gas of heat recovery steam generator;when in reheat cycle,fuel gas temperature of heat recovery steam generator will be higher than non-reheat cycle;influence rules of steam system pressure of heat recovery steam generator on total steam flow;after complementary combustion of combined cycle system,steam turbine work increases while heat efficiency decreases,and complementary combustion temperature is higher while heat efficiency of combined cycle is lower.
