At present,China's economy is in a period of rapid development.Various types of high-rise buildings,super-tall buildings,and large-scale and fully-functional architectural groups have emerged.Especially in all kinds of power station construction,bridge construction,petrochemical industry construction and other engineering fields is inseparable from the large-tonnage lifting machinery,and tower cranes as the main hoisting machinery to meet all kinds of needs,so in civil and industrial,defense Other construction plays an increasingly important role.However,the work of tower crane has its own particularity.In the course of work,its operating status and load will constantly change,which will continuously impact various components of crane and adversely affect the service life of tower crane.Based on the above factors,the dynamic response of the tower crane under different external stimuli is accurately calculated,which is of great significance to the tower crane during the design process optimization and production process.This article attempts to do some useful work to improve the stability of tower crane slewing operations.This paper analyzes the torsion and vibration of the tower crane in the turning plane around the center of revolution of tower crane under the driving force,inertial force and various resistance under the rotating condition of the tower crane.By means of modal analysis,the force and the maximum dynamic stress of each part of boom and slewing mechanism under this working condition are calculated,and the adverse effects on the structure of tower crane caused by operation under this working condition are also understood.In order to obtain a more stable movement of the tower crane during the slewing process,the research on mechanism calculation and control of electric control are carried out separately.So that the tower crane during the uniform force,while the electrical control using a smooth speed control to achieve a smooth tower crane slewing operation,reduce the load and inertia on the boom and tower The impact of such forces,improve equipment efficiency and safety of work,to extend the service life of equipment.In order to facilitate the dynamic analysis of the slewing process,based on the principles of stiffness equivalence,mass and moment of inertia,the paper first establishes the equivalent model of tower crane slewing operation,simplifies the tower crane structure and then uses static Mechanical knowledge of tower crane during the rotation of the force analysis,observe the tower crane deformation.The use of electrical control method to change the torque load curve,increase the stability of the rotation process.And use adams and other dynamic software analysis,simulation of tower crane during the vibration mode,verify the stability of the control effect.Finally,the author summarizes and analyzes the mainstream electrical control methods at home and abroad,and adopts a type of control method to control the tower crane rotary mechanism to meet the stability of tower crane rotary operation.
