This paper is an important part of Shandong technology innovation project(201440101043):FHTT2800 type flat head tower crane.The device has been applied toexpansion project of millions of kilowatt units in some power plantproject and has been well received.The structure analysis and engineering application of the attached tower crane attaching device based on "Design Code for Tower Crane"(GB / T13752-2017)and the "Crane Design Code"(GB3811-2008)are mainly studied in this paper.In this paper,the structure analysis of the double-side four-bar super static attachment device of the FHTT2800 flat head tower crane and the rigidity of the tower body and the attached supporting flexibility is carried out and the overall design of the attachment device is finished according to the analysis result,which provides a reference for the structural design and engineering application of the attached tower crane.In this paper,according to the national standard code,under the premise of the stiffness and flexibility of the lattice tower body,considering the statically indeterminate condition of tower body and attached structure under the most unfavorable working conditions in engineering application.Based on the method of equal lateral stiffness,the lattice members are equivalent to the full web members,and the lattice tower is equivalent to the solid web.According to the calculation model of equivalent post-attached tower crane and considering the stiffness of attachment device,the force analysis of the attached structure of tower crane is carried out by using the method of stiffness distribution.The formulas for calculating the stiffness and the internal force of the support rod of the statically indeterminate bilateral four-bar attachment device under symmetrical and universal mounting mode are derived.The attachment device of FHTT2800 tower crane is designed by using the result of tower crane attachment structure analysis.Furthermore,based on the Sap84 finite element analysis software,the finite element calculation model of the whole tower and the attachment device is established according to the actual working conditions of the FHTT2800 tower crane.The simulation calculation of the attachment device under the most unfavorable condition of the crane rotary lifting and braking is completed under the different angles of the relative attachment plane of the boom.One side,the calculation results of the internal forces of the supporting rod of the attachment device above are compared with those of the finite element analysis results,which verify the correctness and accuracy of the conclusions obtained by the method.On the other side,through multi angle simulation calculation,we can deduce the working state corresponding to the maximum internal force of the supporting rod in the engineering application,which provides an effective basis for the accurate design calculation and engineering application of the attachment tower crane attachment device.Considering the shortage of Sap84 finite element model in the local stress calculation of the structure,in order to calculate and optimize the FHTT2800 attached structure more accurately.Based on the Ansysworkbench finite element analysis platform,the finite element solid model of the main structural parts related to the attachment frame,the tower joint and the attached brace is established in this paper.After solid finite element calculation and local optimization,a more reasonable design result of the attachment device is obtained,which also provides a reference for the optimization design of the attachment device of the attached tower crane in engineering practice.
