Attached tower crane is the vertical transportation of special equipment used in the construction process of modern high-rise?super high-rise building construction,vertical transportation capacity for the largest and most frequent use,as a result the accident is more,especially the accident caused by the instability of the tower crane is more serious.During construction,when the height of the tower crane exceeds its maximum independent working height,the attachment device structure should be set up to increase the restraint on the tower and ensure the stability of its work,the structural form,attachment distance,vertical spacing of attachment device and whether the function of the attachment device functioned properly are closely related to the restraint effect of attachment device to tower body,and then have an impact on the stability of tower crane.In order to analyze the influence of the setting of attachment device on the stability of tower cranes,the following works are carried out on the basis of TC6013 attached tower crane and SAP2000large-scale general finite element analysis software:(1)According to the structure and characteristics of TC6013 attached tower crane,the corresponding structural part is simplified,and then the SAP2000 finite element software is used to create a complete 3-D finite element model of tower crane structure.(2)Based on the theory of stress analysis and the whole stability theory of structure of tower crane structure,When the TC6013 attached tower cranes are respectively attached to three bar and four bar bilateral attachment devices and the attachment distance between buildings and buildings is 5m,10 m,15m and 20 m,three typical unfavorable load conditions of the tower crane in the construction process are selected to analysis of static and stability buckling which consider and do not consider the second order effects of axial force by using SAP2000,the influence of the distance between the wall and the tower crane on the internal force of the tower crane,the displacement of the tower and the stability of the tower crane as a whole is obtained.(3)The change of the vertical spacing based on the structure of the attachments will cause the change of the restraint effect to the tower body and thus influence the overall stability of the tower crane structure,the vertical spacing of the structure of the attachment can be changed by changing the number of attachments to the tower,when the tower body is constructed by three bar type and four bar bilateral attachment device for three to eight times,and the wall spacing is 5m,the influence of tower crane's overall stability isanalyzed by SAP2000,the decrease of the vertical spacing of the attachment device is beneficial to the overall stability of the structure of the tower crane can be obtained,and we also can obtain that when the height of the tower crane is 140 m,it is more feasible to attach five or six channels to the tower body.(4)Because there are many factors in the actual construction may cause the failure of the structural rod attached of the tower crane,it will change the attachment to the building and influence on the stability of tower crane,the five regular spacing of TC6013 attached tower crane is considered and then the overall stability analysis is carried out for the single pole,two bar failure and the middle third and fourth attached structures in the last attachment structure of the tower crane in this paper,when the single rod failure occurs in the last attachment structure will reduce the overall stability of the tower crane,but it is still stable,two rod failure occurs in the last attachment structure will cause the tower lose its stability as a whole which use the three bar attachment structure for the tower crane,and the tower crane can keep the overall stability under the load of working condition and working condition two but lose its stability as a whole under the most unfavorable working condition three which use the four bar attachment structure for the tower crane,when the third and fourth attachments in the middle of the tower crane occur two rod failure at the same time,the overall stability of the tower crane is fine,the stability of the tower crane is less affected by the completeness of the intermediate attachment device than the completeness of the last attachment device.
