Recently,governments have begun to extend high-grade highway to meet the traffic demand.The exit section of the freeway between Hegang and Dalian is the only exit in the south of Hegang.The present number of lanes can't match the increasing traffic demand,which brings lower economic benefits but greater costs,so it is necessary to carry out the expansion.However,before the expansion,the alignment,subgrade and pavement of the former scheme should be analyzed to achieve reasonable connection between the expanded section and the surrounding road network and to improve traffic environment.This paper forecasted the economic and social index according to the present situation of Hegang,and summarized the current situation and plan of comprehensive transportation system,and established the exit section's crucial position and function in the road network.Through the investigation of this section,the main problems are summarized.Based on the investigation of the traffic volume and the related transportation modes of this road,this paper used elasticity-based model to determine traffic growth rate.Then the results of road traffic demand could be calculated,and the similarity project is used to verify the traffic demand forecasting method.Based on the calculation of the basic road section capacity and the service level evaluation method,two feasible cross-section schemes are given according to the analysis of highway grade and design speed.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the two cross-sectional schemes of the crane expressway,and select the four indexes of LOS,construction cost,land use and energy saving,and the four indexes of the two schemes are specific.The weighting matrix of the index is constructed by expert scoring method,and the evaluation model is constructed.The evaluation results show that six lane schemes meet the requirements of the LOS,and the economic benefits are significant.The land use meets the national policy requirements and the energy saving effect is obvious.Therefore,the six-lane cross section schemes is recommended.On the basis of full consideration of the existing planning and related influence factors,the route's direction and main control points were determined,and put forward two kinds of line schemes,which are compared with the technical and economic indicators.Combined the test and comprehensive evaluation of the technical condition of the existing road,the design scheme of subgrade and pavement is presented.Based on the survey of existing bridge and intersection,the design scheme of bridge and intersection is presented.Comparison of the road program of the Jia-mo freeway,illustrates the advanced nature and rationality of the project.
