Expandable heat radiators are a key component of satellites.Previously,the satellite radiator was its own skin,but now the power of the equipment on the satellites to increase,the existing exhaust system has been unable to achived the needs of satellite heat,then the need for artificial satellites designed special heat radiator.At the same time,the satellite is owning more and more high-power dynamical system,refrigeration and heating systems and large heat of electronic equipment,it is not enough to the heat radiator which use its own skin.Special heat radiator became indispensable equipment.Therefore,as “the 13 th five years plan”major research projects,the launched thermal radiator came into rising.Based on the SCM 80C32 can be developed thermal radiator integrated control unit should have multiple data acquisition,control and communication functions,its role is to ensure that the expandable heat radiator normal work.This product uses modular design ideas,to achieve the required specific functions.This paper discusses the design of the whole unit of the control unit,and describes in detail the function and performance requirements of the equipment.The contents of the design of the equipment,the design of the overall structure,the design of the control and interface circuit,the reliability and safety design are described.And carried out on the star product verification,production,commissioning,testing,testing,testing and a series of scientific research process,the final successful delivery,launch into orbit.The integrated control unit developed in this paper adopts the B6 thermistor which was not used on the previous satellite as the temperature sensitive element,and the temperature control precision is high,which realizes the heating,cooling and expansion control of the expandable heat radiator.Through the 1553 B bus to achieve the control instructions and telemetry parameters and status of the transceiver;machine power 500 W or more,thermal design is good,good heat dissipation.The main research results in the design process are designed and verified.The results show that the design of the integrated control unit meets the design requirements,and in line with a variety of aerospace specifications.At last,the research and analysis of this paper are given and the plan and improvement measures are put forward for the further research.
