Due to its good damping and stiffness characteristics and high reliability,metal rubber materials can be used as damped damping materials to meet the requirements for use in the extremely harsh conditions of some aerospace systems.For the experimental research and application of the use of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy(hereinafter abbreviated to SMA)material as the damping element of the metal rubber is very little,the analysis of the influencing factors of the static and dynamic performance of the damping damping system composed of them is not comprehensive enough Therefore,this paper focus on the the damping shock absorber application of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy rubber(simplified as SMA-MR),the static and dynamic properties of a metal-rubber damper made of Ni Ti SMA are analyzed by experiments and simulations.For the SMA-MR damping system,its static performance parameters are determined,and its static mechanical properties at different temperatures are tested and analyzed.Determineing the different initial conditions SMA-MR damping system according to the working conditions,the analysis of the mechanical properties of SMA-MR in a damped vibration damping system was performed under different initial conditions.Based on the experimental results,a fitting constitutive equation for the mechanical properties of SMA-MR damper at different test temperatures was obtained,the equation is used to provide predictions for the application of SMA-MR under different conditions and provide reference for dynamic simulation analysisCombining the characteristics of the dynamic performance changes of the SMAMR damping damper in the vibration reduction system,and determining the dynamic performance parameters based on the characteristics of the SMA-MR.Lowfrequency sine sweep tests under different initial excitation,material,structure,target spectrum,load quality,etc,and high-frequency random vibration tests under different initial conditions.Based on the experimental results,the dynamic behaviors of SMAMR damping dampers under different initial conditions were analyzed,based on the test results,the test basis and reference for the application of SMAMR damper under dynamic conditions are provided.Based on the actual structure of the SMAMR damper,the ANSYS software was used to establish the model of the damper in the damping system,and the dynamic simulation model was parameterized based on the static and dynamic test results.Harmonic response analysis of the dynamic performance of its dynamic simulation model under different initial conditions,the application of SMAMR damper are analyzed and predicted under different working conditions.
